Mulan – When Mulan’s father is drafted into the military, she fears for his health, as he has as an injured leg. Cleverly, Mulan poses as a man and trains alongside the other men in place of her father. She is accompanied by a dragon (Mushu) and a cricket (Cri- Kee) to defeat the Huns, people who dislike and will hurt Mulan and her people. During her adventure, a love of the captain blossoms. A love story and the story of a fighter all wrapped into one, Mulan will have you crossing your fingers for the characters and riding along on this fun adventure.
Tangled- Rapunzel, a princess with long, healing hair has been trapped in a tower in the middle of the forest ever since she was kidnapped as a baby. A hag named Mother Gothel uses the princess’ hair to attain eternal youth. But Rapunzel’s curiosity of the outside world has grown, and when a bandit who goes by the name Flynn Ryder stumbles upon her tower, she sees it as an opportunity to get out of the prison and experience the things she’s so eager to learn about. On this exciting trip, she will find more than she came out for- truth, family, and maybe even a true love.
Mary Poppins– Smart, mischievous children Jane and Michael Banks have scared off all of their nannies. Their parents are stuck; what are they going to do? They need to find somebody else. But all their problems are solved when Mary Poppins comes along. She takes the children on adventures with her friend, Bert the matchman. Surprise, love, and happiness will ensue on this journey with Mary Poppins and not only will it make you love and wish for a life like Jane and Michael, you´ll be laughing so hard you may forget you don´t live in this fantasy world!
The Princess Diaries– Mia is your average everyday teen. Well, she thought she was, until she found out she was actually a princess! She moves in with her grandmother, queen of Genovia (a small European principality) and begins “princess lessons.” Mia, with her big heart and cheerful personality, shows some people sides they could never see before and opens up doors for everyone! The Princess Diaries is one of the best princess movies out there- and that’s saying a lot.
Meet the Robinsons– When child genius and orphan Lewis enters his invention into the school science fair, he meets a thirteen year old boy named Wilbur Robinson who has come from the future. Wilbur has come to warn Lewis of a villain named Bowler Hat Guy, who wants to steal Lewis’ invention. The boys go on an adventure through time to stop Bowler Hat Guy and learn surprising things about themselves along the way. Tag along with Lewis and Wilbur on this exhilarating ride through time!
Zootopia- Judy Hopps, the daughter of two carrot farmers, has always wanted to be police woman. However, when she moves to Zootopia, a city full of creatures big and small and joins the police force, she realizes, for her, being a police woman isn’t so great. She is discriminated against for being the first bunny police officer and is demoted to being a ticket officer. While ticketing people she meets a fox named Nick Wilde, whom she is forced to work with when there is an epidemic to be investigated. And trust me- Judy is not the type of officer meant for ticketing.
The Aristocrats-When Edgar the butler overhears Madame Adelaide Bonfamille saying her will goes to her cat, Duchess, and her kittens Marie, Berlioz, and Toulouse, he tries to get rid of them by drugging them and abandons the kitties far from their home. When the cats wake up, they find themselves in marshlands, where they meet a clever tomcat name Thomas O’Malley, who offers to help Duchess and her kittens find their way back home. Together they head on an adventure home, dodging every obstacle that comes their way.
The Incredibles– Superhero couple Elastigirl and Mr. Incredible, along with their three children Violet, Dash, and Jack-Jack, are all forced to lead lives of average people when being an active superhero becomes illegal. Mr. Incredible yearns to be a superhero again, and when a young villain named Syndrome (who was a former fan of Mr. Incredible) stirs up drama and destruction, Mr. Incredible bravely heads out to catch the villain. However, his plan backfires and Syndrome catches him, leaving it up to Mr. Incredible’s family to save the famed champion. In this thrilling, action-packed comedy, you will most definitely become part of the Incredibles’ family- and everyday is an adventure with these superheroes.
Enchanted- Princess Giselle of Andalasia has fallen in love with Prince Edward, but when the couple tell their plans of getting married to Edward’s evil stepmother, Giselle is sent away to the real world, New York City, where no happily ever happens. There, Giselle meets a man named Robert and his young daughter, Morgan. He lets Giselle stay with him and, during that time, Giselle and Robert learn about true love for the first time.
Christopher Robin– Christopher Robin is all grown up, living in lovely London with his wife and his daughter. But meanwhile, his childhood friends, Pooh, Piglet, Tigger, Eeyore, Owl, Rabbit, Kanga, and Roo are still in the hundred acre woods, abandoned and split up, alone. When Pooh finds a way to London and finds Christopher Robin, telling him he can’t find his friends, Christopher must help Pooh find his way back to the woods to find the gang. However, his visit is short and when Christopher leaves, he forgets important papers for work. Pooh, Tigger, Piglet, and Eeyore head on an adventure to London with Madeline, Christopher’s daughter who is visiting the family’s cabin in the woods, to return the papers to Christopher.
